Great opportunity: we are hiring a site safety steward in Tirupattur district, State of Tamil Nadu. The job is at a manufacturing plant. On the job you will handle: • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry Requirements: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot 4+ years on the tools preferred.
