Powder spray gun operator — Siddipet

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Siddipet, State of Telangana. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. You will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
