Restaurant steward — Banas Kantha

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Banas Kantha, State of Gujarat. On a typical shift you will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; clear and reset tables between covers; check back during the meal and handle special requests. Ideally you have basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness; ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts; clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner.
