The role involves apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings. You should bring CSCS card or willing to obtain one; able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel; knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents. Rotating shifts.
