Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble polisher in Garhwal, State of Uttarakhand. The job is at a marble and granite workshop. The role involves restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin; grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • Own hand tools an advantage • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
