The role involves feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line. You should have: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish 4+ years on the tools preferred.
