On the job you will handle: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
