Great opportunity: we are hiring an argon welder in Parbhani, State of Maharashtra. The job is in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard The role involves feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
