The role involves solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings; trace and clear blockages in drains, traps and gully pits; make connections to the mains water and sewer lines; cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections. Ideally you have 2+ years' hands-on plumbing experience; own a basic set of plumbing hand tools; ITI certificate in plumbing or fitter trade where applicable. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
