Fine-dining server wanted in Akola

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Akola, State of Maharashtra. The job is in a café. On the job you will handle: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Full-time with occasional weekends.
