On the job you will handle: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Ideally you have able to stand on your feet for long shifts; willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts; good teamwork with chefs and floor staff.
