Join our team: we are hiring a dogger in Kaushambi District, Uttar Pradesh. The job is at a shipyard. You should bring able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear; sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles. On a typical shift you will guide loads through tight openings into their final position; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use.
