Urgent requirement: we are hiring a groundworker in Kendrapara, State of Odisha. On the job you will handle: • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
