Dish pit attendant wanted in Palakkad district

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Palakkad district, State of Kerala. Your main tasks: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Ideally you have careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers; good teamwork with chefs and floor staff; previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
