Now hiring: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Gangtok, Sikkim. Day to day you will torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters. You should bring working-at-height certificate an advantage; comfortable working at height and off scaffolding; proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
