Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Changlang, State of Arunachal Pradesh. On a typical shift you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. You should bring knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
