Now hiring: we are hiring a pot washer in Arvalli, State of Gujarat. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Full-time with occasional weekends.
