Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Vijayanagar, State of Karnataka. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
