Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press operator in North Garo Hills, Meghalaya. You will work at an auto components factory. Day-to-day duties: • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges You should bring can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading; able to read engineering drawings and job cards. Part-time with flexible hours. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
