Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Murshidabad, West Bengal. The job is at a cloud kitchen. The role involves follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. We are looking for sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; good teamwork and clear communication under pressure; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies.
