The role involves commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow; wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator; insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge. Ideally you have two-wheeler and valid driving licence for site visits; confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests; can read electrical and piping schematics.
