The role involves grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Ideally you have 2+ years' experience as a baker; food handler / hygiene certificate; able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
