Immediate opening: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Ahmadabad, State of Gujarat. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Able to grind and set HSS cutters On the job you will handle: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production ₹140 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
