Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Raigarh, State of Chhattisgarh. Day-to-day duties: • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks You should have: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. ₹29,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
