You should bring good teamwork and clear communication under pressure; able to read and follow recipes and dockets; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies. Your main tasks: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Rotating shifts.
