Ladle pourer wanted in Uttar Kannada

We are recruiting: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Uttar Kannada, State of Karnataka. The job is at a busy iron foundry. Requirements: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal The role involves mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₹180 per hour, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
