Immediate opening: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Kapurthala, State of Punjab. You will be based at a busy machine shop. You should have: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Your main tasks: • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts Pay around ₹24,000 per month, based on your experience.
