Trowel-trade bricklayer wanted in Kabeerdham

Vacancy available: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Kabeerdham, State of Chhattisgarh. The job is on a busy housing site. You should bring CSCS card or willingness to obtain one; reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets; able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks. The role involves: • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
