Day to day you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. You should bring can read film thickness gauges and colour codes; keen eye for finish quality and surface defects. ₹15,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
