Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Vishakhapatnam, State of Andhra Pradesh. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. We are looking for understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; knowledge of dough fermentation and proving. Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₹25,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
