Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Six days a week, one day off.
