Shuttering and concrete hand — Lunglei

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Lunglei, Mizoram. You will carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour. Ideally you have physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet; able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
