The role involves: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Rotating shifts.
