Line cook — Khordha

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Khordha, State of Odisha. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You should bring able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards. The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Pay around ₹20,500 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
