Urgent requirement: cnc lathe setter (State of Kerala)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Ernakulam, State of Kerala. Ideal candidate: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection The role involves: • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
