Now hiring: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Muzaffarpur, State of Bihar. The role involves weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Ideally you have able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler; confident knife skills and safe blade handling; comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers. Part-time with flexible hours.
