Now hiring: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Surat, State of Gujarat. The job is at a beach resort. You should bring basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness; ability to work fast under pressure during peak service. You will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; check back during the meal and handle special requests; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
