What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Full-time with occasional weekends. ₹25,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
