Line cook — Baudh

Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Baudh, State of Odisha. The job is in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 6+ years on the tools preferred.
