Urgent requirement: beldar (State of Jharkhand)

Join our team: we are hiring a beldar in Latehar, State of Jharkhand. You will be based on a road and bridge project. Your main tasks: • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage We are looking for able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions; prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites.
