Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Bhagalpur, State of Bihar. Day-to-day duties: • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour Ideal candidate: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites Rotating shifts.
