Bread and bun maker — Uttar Kannada

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Uttar Kannada, State of Karnataka. You will work at a busy bakery. We are looking for food handler / hygiene certificate; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks; able to work early-morning and night shifts. You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
