Urgent requirement: commis chef (State of Odisha)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Ganjam, State of Odisha. The job is at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in We are looking for willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays; able to read and follow recipes and dockets. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer ₹250 per hour plus benefits.
