Bread baker — Jajpur

Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Jajpur, State of Odisha. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards We are looking for understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics; food handler / hygiene certificate. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
