Fry cook wanted in Badgam

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Badgam, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations We are looking for sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; able to stand for long shifts and work in heat; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies.
