Great opportunity: foundry labourer (Uttar Pradesh)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Kaushambi District, Uttar Pradesh. You will work at a brass and bronze foundry. Ideally you have able to read simple casting drawings and job cards; understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling; knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding. On the job you will handle: • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale Overtime paid at a premium rate.
