Short order cook wanted in Nalanda

Join our team: we are hiring a short order cook in Nalanda, State of Bihar. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Part-time with flexible hours.
