Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
