Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Hnahthial, Mizoram. The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 1+ years on the tools preferred.
