Confectioner wanted in Rayagada

Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Rayagada, State of Odisha. You will work at a busy bakery. Day to day you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. We are looking for basic cake decorating and piping skills; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends.
